What is DemoMate?
DemoMate is a unique, three-wheeled trolley that carries all the kit you need to deliver flawless live product demonstrations to a remote audience single-handedly. It even has its own power supply, ensuring you stay connected all day while moving about freely.
DemoMate was born out of a need to enable salespeople to demonstrate products to customer audiences without the need to travel, and without compromising on the level of engagement. Visiting customers across different countries or continents is time-consuming, costly and has a negative impact on the environment. With DemoMate, the same salespeople can now ‘visit’ six or more different customers across different countries all on the same day, whilst enabling them to show more products than they can fit in a suitcase!

Does DemoMate come fully loaded with the tech?
No. The DemoMate unit is supplied without the electronic kit. However, for a typical set-up, please see the list here. Everyone has their own preferences, and there are multiple options - we have found that customers prefer to choose the kit they want to suit their specific requirements. DemoMate provides the physical platform for you to attach your kit to.
Which computers are compatible with DemoMate?
The shelf will hold up to 17” laptops.
How quickly can I get a DemoMate?
If stock levels are good, you will normally receive delivery of your DemoMate in 2-3 days. See Delivery Information.
Can I trial a DemoMate?
We can give you a remote video DemoMate demonstration of a DemoMate! But physical product trials are not possible at the moment.

What comes with DemoMate?
Each DemoMate3 has a wheeled base plate, a central mast with laser-cut cable management, an accessory shelf, a laptop shelf, a hand-held camera hook, and two accessory clamps for fixed cameras or additional lighting.
